Our Story

Rupert Construction Services Inc, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), specializes in Construction Management and General Contractor services as a licensed general contractor (GC). The business, originally Rupert Services LLC, was established in 2015 by William (Bill) Rupert. Our core service offering draws on Bill and the teams' industry experience working as General Contractors, the Client, and third-party service providers.

The company is built on the premise of providing a better service than any competitor by focusing on client relationships, offering honest advice, and truly representing our clients.

The team has extensive experience managing small, large, and complex projects from scope to completion. Our approach is always flexible and adapts to individual client’s existing operational and organizational models.

With over 45 years of national and international experience in leading construction projects, we are resourced with highly skilled professionals and management templates, processes, and procedures resulting in effective project delivery.

About Bill Rupert, President
As the Founder and President of Rupert Construction Services, I am proud of the name and our reputation. After spending 25 years in the construction industry working as an Owner, Owners Representative, and a General Contractor, I started the company in 2015 with a simple mission: provide professional construction support to Owners who don't specialize in the construction business.
I started my construction career in the US Air Force as a Construction Manager before working for other consultancy firms, representing and guiding numerous clients through their construction projects.

As the President, I instill in our team the importance of listening to our clients and putting their needs first and foremost. Because of our team’s successful track record, we are highly sought after when a project is in trouble and needs to be repaired. If you have a construction need or problem, we are the partner that will support you in achieving your goals.

About Brent Fabian
I joined Rupert Construction Services in 2019 to lead the general contractor services segment of the business after having run Liberty Building Group for 5 years. I have brought with me my extensive experience gained from over 20 years in the industry where I lead numerous projects as project manager, construction manager, estimator, and superintendent. 

Working across diverse projects throughout my career including tenant improvements, commercial development, public works, and multi and single family residential, has given me the understanding and ability to work collaboratively with project teams and find solutions to unique challenges. Across all of my projects, I endeavor to minimize client costs while delivering a product to the highest standard.

My fundamental belief in providing exceptional service to all my clients through honesty and integrity aligns perfectly to the Rupert Construction Services brand.

I always strive to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects on schedule while building successful partnerships with customers and subcontractors. I am excited to lead this part of the business while bringing new skills and fresh ideas to project delivery while working closely with Bill and the team.
